Refund & returns policy
At Wolfinch, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with a product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging included.
To initiate a return, customers should contact our support team with their order details and the reason for the return request. Once the request is reviewed and approved, instructions will be provided on how and where to send the product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account.
Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original tags and packaging may not be eligible for return or refund. In such cases, Wolfinch reserves the right to refuse the return request according to our return guidelines.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable. Customers may also be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item delivered by Wolfinch.
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they should notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photos and order details may be required so that our team can verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Wolfinch reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically when using our website or making a purchase.
